Celebrity Spot: Captains' Club
![]() Why is it important to be a member of the Captains’ Club? It’s important to be a member of Captains’ Club because we’re the role models in the school. There are a lot of kids in high schools that drink and use drugs due to peer pressure so it’s helpful to see a clean group that’s supportive.
How are members selected? The current members select the next class. Students fill out an application, submit a teacher reference, and are interviewed by the Captains’ Club. Members must agree to be drug and alcohol free, have leadership qualities, and be willing to teach drug education to younger students.
