About GirlTalk

Girl Talk: Choices and Consequences of Underage Drinking is a program of The Century Council, a national not-for-profit organization funded by distillers dedicated to fighting drunk driving and underage drinking. Underage drinking remains too common among our nation’s teenage girls and now more than ever, underage drinking really is their problem. In 2007, an estimated 8.5 million 12-20 year old girls report consuming alcohol in the past year¹. The Century Council developed Girl Talk to educate teenage girls about the dangers of underage drinking and the specific risks facing teen girls.
